Project-Based Storage (/data)
Project-based storage permits filesharing at higher volumes between organizational units. The /data filesystem is available to connect to on supercomputers and Co-located VMs.

Long-Term Storage
"Canyon" tape-storage provides long-term cold storage (similar to AWS Glacier) suitable for archival and long-term data preservation.

Temporary space (/scratch)
The /scratch filesystem is high-speed, low-latency storage available to all users at no cost. It is a shared resource whose capacity is shared among all users on the supercomputer. You can read more about it in the Scratch filesystem page.
