Access to the ASU Supercomputers
The ASU supercomputers are available to all ASU faculty members, staff, students, and affiliates for research and learning. Students and staff must be sponsored by a faculty member in order to have access to the supercomputers.
How do I request an account?
- Read and review the Research Computing Policy.
- Fill out the Account Request Form by selecting Research Computing Service > Request Help.
We will review your request and your account will be created within two business days. You will receive an email with onboarding instructions signifying your account creation is complete.
If you are an instructor of an academic course, request academic course support.
Account Aging Process
Accounts on the supercomputers are checked at the end of each semester for faculty, staff, and students for continued eligibility. Accounts with no current sponsors or corresponding class affiliations are locked. If you are looking to regain access to your account's files, please submit a RTO Support Ticket. If you have a new/changed sponsor, please fill out and resubmit the account request form.
