Creating Accounts for a Class
Faculty can use the Voyager Account Manager system to create accounts for their classes which need HPC resources.
Creating a Class within Voyager
From Voyager, click the Classes button on the left navigation bar. On the right, you will see a red button "Create Class". On this page, fill out the details of your upcoming class, including the prefix, number, year, etc. For instructor, fill out your own ASURITE.

Click the red "Create Class" button in the bottom right. Your class will be created and you will be brought to your class roster.

Bulk Upload your Roster
At class creation time, or after a class has been created, you can bulk upload an entire roster. The Bulk Upload feature expects a text file with one ASURITE per line.

At class creation time, click "Bulk Upload" to access the uploader screen.

After the class has been created, click "Edit" then "Bulk Upload Tab".

Note, after you create your class, you still have the option to 'bulk upload' by selecting the "Edit" button from the class overview screen.
Add One Student at a Time
You can add users at your own pace through the "Add Member" Button
