Request an Account​

There are two tiers of account exist you can request via the Voyager web portal: LLM API and HPC accounts.

The LLM API account is available to all users with an ASURITE username; this grants access to using various LLM models you can use with your workstation or other applications.

An HPC account includes LLM API access, but is centrally for access to HPC resources, such as the Sol and Phoenix Supercomputers. Requesting an HPC account requires a sponsor, who will have to approve your request.

Upon loading the Voyager web portal, you have a choice between LLM API or HPC account.

Identify your HPC Sponsor​

If you have selected an HPC account, you will be prompted for your sponsor. For LLM API accounts, this page is skipped.

Type in the name, email, or asurite of your chosen HPC Sponsor. As faculty, simply enter your own ASURITE.

After submitting, your PI will be emailed with instructions on approving your account. Approval from your PI in Voyager will immediately enable your account for use.

Requesting to join a QOS​

In the case where a PI is willing to grant you access to their resources--without that PI being your direct sponsor, you can request access to their resources QOS for approval from the "Slurm" tab:
